Obama's Poor School

Did you know there's a school in Kenya named after Obama? It was named after Obama in 2005, and was built on land donated by his grandparents. He visited the school amid great fanfare and said he was honored and promised to help the school financially. Shortly thereafter, the principal mailed a proposal to him, asking for around 65,000 pounds to build a water tank, a fence, dining halls, a science lab and classrooms.
Do you think she has heard from him since? NO! Of course not. This is not an isolated incident in Obama's life - he hasn't helped his half brother in Africa or his aunt living in a slum in Boston, both of whom are living well below the poverty level. He doesn't want to spread his own wealth around, only everyone else's.

More Shady $$ for Barack

Obama received more political contribution $$ from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (now collapsed) than all but one of the 353 other senators and congressmen who received political contributions from these two entities. Nineteen years of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae statistics show that he received over $120K despite being in the Senate only 3 years. Only one other senator received more (Chris Dodd) and he's been in the Senate for 33 years!

Way to Support Our Troops, B.O.

Quote from Obama: "We've got to get the job done there and that requires us to have enough troops so that we're not just air-raiding villages and killing civilians."

Obama thinks our troops are air raiding villages and killing civilians. He has a pathetic view of our troops and a pathetic view of America.

• his college transcripts (I can imagine his A's in "Communism 101" and "Marxist Theory" won't impress the voters)
• his bar application (which I can tell you from experience pretty well documents every aspect of your life)

• the identities of his donors

Obama's Shady Funding Sources

Obama's campaign was funded by foreign citizens.

Campaigns do not have to disclose anyone who contributes under $200. John McCain disclosed all of his donors, regardless of contribution. BO did not. Surprisingly, the vast majority of Obama supporters' donations are less that $200. More than half of the over $400 million B.O. has raised has come from secret sources.

“We and seven other watchdog groups asked both campaigns for more information on small donors,” says Massie Ritsch, a spokesperson for a campaign watchdog group. “The Obama campaign never responded,” whereas the McCain campaign “makes all its donor information, including the small donors, available online.”

The FEC has compiled a separate database of potentially questionable overseas donations that contains more than 11,500 contributions totaling $33.8 million. More than 520 listed their “state” as “IR,” often an abbreviation for Iran. Another 63 listed it as “UK,” the United Kingdom.

More than 1,400 of the overseas entries clearly were U.S. diplomats or military personnel, who gave an APO address overseas. Their total contributions came to just $201,680.

But others came from places as far afield as Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Beijing, Fallujah, Florence, Italy, and a wide selection of towns and cities in France.

Until recently, the Obama Web site allowed a contributor to select the country where he resided from the entire membership of the United Nations, including such friendly places as North Korea and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Unlike McCain’s or Sen. Hillary Clinton’s online donation pages, the Obama site did not ask for proof of citizenship until just recently. Clinton’s presidential campaign required U.S. citizens living abroad to actually fax a copy of their passport before a donation would be accepted.
With such lax vetting of foreign contributions, the Obama campaign may have indirectly contributed to questionable fundraising by foreigners.

ACORN + Obama = Fraud

Before I get to another of Obama's misdeeds, let me say it makes me sick the mainstream media basically operated Obama's campaign for him. A quote from an anonymous employee at a major newsroom: "Off the record, every suspicion you have about mainstream media being in the tank for O is true. We have a team of 4 people going thru dumpsters in Alaska and 4 in arizona. Not a single one looking into Acorn, Ayers or Freddiemae. Editor refuses to publish anything that would jeopardize election for O, and betting you dollars to donuts same is true at NYT, others. People cheer when CNN or NBC run another Palin-mocking but raising any reasonable inquiry into Obama is derided or flat out ignored. The fix is in, and its working."



My Obama-nation of the day, and this is a major one: ACORN

ACORN stands for Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now. Obama gave them $800,000 (which he tried to hide). He also worked closely with ACORN in Chicago. Also, while he served on the board of directors of the Woods Fund, the fund sent grants to ACORN (as well as Jeremiah Wright's church). ACORN purports to engage in "get out the vote" projects. What ACORN actually does is commit voter fraud, and is being investigated in various cities across the country.

What ACORN has done:

• registered fake voter names in Milwaukee
• in New Mexico, hired convicts to collect voter registration information
• Last year in Washington, felony charges were filed against several paid employees and supervisors of ACORN. Over 1,700 fraudulent registrations turned in by the employees were revoked in one of the largest instances of voting fraud in the United States.
• In March of 2008, an ACORN worker was sentenced in Berks County Pennsylvania to 146 days to 23 months in the county prison for making 29 phony voter-registration forms to collect a cash bonus from ACORN
• Dale Rathke, brother of ACORN founder, Wade Rathke, embezzled nearly $1 million from Acorn and affiliated charitable organizations in 1999 and 2000 but a small group of executives decided to keep the information from almost all of the group’s board members and not to alert law enforcement. Dale Rathke remained on Acorn’s payroll until a month ago, when disclosure of his theft by foundations and other donors forced the organization to dismiss him.
• As of July 2008, at least three ACORN workers have been convicted of voter fraud in Kansas City, and one is awaiting trial. These ACORN workers in Kansas City flooded voter registration rolls with over 35,000 false or questionable voter registration forms.
  St. Louis, Mo., officials found that in 2006 over 1,000 addresses listed on its registrations did not exist. “We met twice with ACORN before their drive, but our requests completely fell by the wayside,” said Democrat Matt Potter, the city’s deputy elections director. Later, federal authorities indicted eight of the group’s local workers. One of the eight pleaded guilty last month.
• The Consumers Rights League reports that ACORN used taxpayer money to support “corporate shakedown tactics, counseling of potential homebuyers to use “undocumented” or “under the table” income to obtain mortgages, and to assist in obtaining mortgages for undocumented workers.
• Back in the '80s and '90s, ACORN's tactics included trespassing, illegal seizure of private property, physical harassment, intimidation and outright extortion.
  For example, in 1985, ACORN illegally seized 25 abandoned buildings owned by New York City and installed squatters as residents. A weak-kneed City Hall eventually gave the group title to the buildings - proving that crime can pay.

This is the group that Obama gave $800,000 to and worked closely with?????

Obama's Already Ignoring the Constitution

Obama allegedly plans to nominate Hillary for Secretary of State today. Did you know the Constitution prohibits this? Obama doesn't care, he's made clear many times his disdain for the Constitution.

The Constitution reads: No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time: and no person holding any office under the United States, shall be a member of either House during his continuance in office.

A Senator, like Hillary, is prohibited from serving in any federal office "created" or if the "emoluments whereof" (compensation) were increased during the Senator's term. In 2008, the Secretary of State's salary was increased. Because the increase occurred during the time Hillary was a Senator, she can't be Secretary of State. It's crystal clear.

Do you think Obama doesn't know this? He used to be a lecturer on Constitutional law. Since he wants to change this country, and has made it clear many times what he thinks of the Constitution, what better way to start than to ignore this tiny little clause that most people won't care about anyway?
