I hadn't heard about this before but O'Reilly had it on his show last night.
The God and Country Family Festival in Nampa, Idaho, has had an Air Force flyover for its patriotic festival every year for the past 42 years. This year, the Air Force turned down the flyover request because the festival was too focused on religion.
According to an official, the request was denied by the Air Force, and Obama didn't weigh in directly. Apparently for he past 42 years, despite the name "God and Country Festival", the Air Force wasn't aware of the festival's focus on Christianity. The Air Force suddenly became aware after the US elected a President who is an atheist and despises all things Christian. Click here to read more.

Obama Hearts Muslims and Illegals, Hates Used Cars
Another week, more slacking on my Obama-nations of the day. So here are several that should keep you mad enough for the next week or so:
1. Obama took a trip to the middle east and began, once again, telling the world how much Muslims rock. He seems to have completely forgotten that it was radical Muslims who have committed almost every single act of terrorism against this country. Yes, I recognize a difference between mainstream Muslims and radical Muslims, but I don't think we need to constantly tell them how great they are either. This is also the same guy who said while on the campaign trail that "we are no longer a Christian nation". He had the nerve to say on French TV that the US is "one of the largest Muslim nations". In fact, we have only 2.3 million muslims (less than 1% of the population, although other sources put the number higher) and we are in fact 38th in the world in terms of our muslim population.
In addition, he seems to have no problem emphasizing his Muslim roots now, although no one was allowed to mention them on the campaign trail or else they were called racist or worse. Here's a fascinating article about the hypocrisy by an ABC news guy.
Believe it or not, I actually defended him twice while he was campaigning to two people who told me they weren't voting for him b/c he was Muslim. I won't be making that mistake again; I'm starting to think they were right.
2. Obama wants to call on Congress to pass "fleet modernization legislation" that would give consumers who "turn in used cars" a credit to buy "cleaner, more fuel efficient cars". This article makes the point that that could seriously hurt the used car industry, not to mention the fact that the US is BROKE. Where does Obama think the money to do this is coming from? That's right, my children's grandchildren.
3. More close to home for me, the state of Georgia last year put together a program that would match GA drivers license records with voting records to determine if illegal aliens were voting. Because that's illegal. So naturally, it should be stopped, right? WRONG. The Obama administration said that it was illegal and discriminatory b/c applicants who are Hispanic, black or Asian would be more likely to be "flagged for additional scrutiny". Really? I'm shocked that more hispanics than whites might be illegal aliens. Never mind the fact that two federal courts already gave the program the green light. What is going on here? Does it have anything to do with the fact that illegal aliens vote for Democrats? Click here to read more about this.

Two Brief Obama-nations
Obama purposely had a symbol of Jesus covered up when he delivered a speech at Georgetown. More evidence of his atheism. Click here and here to read more.
Obama chose to release memos from the Bush administration detailing torture interrogation methods used on terror suspects. Disgraceful. Let's let our enemies know exactly what will be done to them if they're captured. Click here and here to read more.

Slutty Girls = Easter
When you think of Easter, what do you think of? The resurrection of Jesus, Easter bunnies and chicks, family dinners and egg hunts? Do you normally associate Easter with slutty girls who pose for dirty pictures in men's magazines wearing lingerie and sing dirty songs with lyrics like "Make them boys go loco, they want my treasure, So they get their pleasures from my photo"?
Apparently Obama thinks slutty girls are the perfect representation of Easter. Why else would he pick Stacy Ferguson, aka Fergie, to sing the national anthem at the White House easter egg hunt? You can click here to see a lovely picture of Miss Prim and Proper in her lovely easter dress singing her heart out. Then click here to see a slideshow of her in her natural state, accompanied by some of her sluttiest song lyrics.
Obama, do you really think this person is appropriate for a CHILDREN'S easter egg hunt on the lawn of the WHITE HOUSE? What's next, strippers at your Christmas party?

Obama: America No Longer a Christian Nation
This is an excellent Obama-nation that was written by my mom:
Barack Obama has said that the US is not a Christian nation. He said this as a factual statement, something that he believes is true, and did not bemoan the fact, instead implying that this is a good thing.
!!!!!!!
Excuse me, Mr. Obama. Have you read the Constitution? Have you read anything ever written by the Founding Fathers? Have you read anything by Abraham Lincoln? The United States is now and always has been (and pray that it always will be) a Christian nation.
This is not to say that other faiths are unwelcome or persecuted here. Religious freedom is one of the great things about this country and our Constitution. You can be a Muslim or Jew or Buddhist or atheist here with full rights. Try being a Christian in a Muslim country! Your lifespan would be considerably shorter. All faiths are welcome here but we should never forget our Christian heritage. We must never take it for granted. It informs all of our beliefs, consciences, and moral code. It is precious.
For Obama to say that this is not a Christian country absolutely appalls me. I am so bumfuzzled that I don't even know what to say. If people would just listen to what he says, instead of how he says it, I don't think he would be leading in the polls. I saw a video of a reporter asking Obama supporters questions like "Do you support Obama because he is pro-life or because of his 15 years experience in the US Senate?" It didn't matter what ridiculous reasons the reporter gave them, the people always went right along with it, naming one of the two reasons the reporter mentioned. They didn't know what he believes, yet they support him. They are voting for personality and charisma, not character and certainly not for his positions.
Not a Christian nation!!!! I beg to differ!!!
(Sorry for the above rant. I just couldn't believe it when I heard it. Maybe he should spend a little time in a hospital, I think he would realize how strongly Christian this country is. I guess it would be easier to believe in abortion if you are not Christian though.) (That sound you're hearing is me gnashing my teeth.)
